Project Overview
Developed a dual-format promotional visual for the Chamber Music Residency Programme, adapted for both print (APA House Programme / Newsletter back cover) and digital social media distribution.
The primary challenge involved working with low-resolution musician photography while maintaining a refined institutional visual standard.

Creative Direction
Turning Technical Constraints into Visual Structure
Instead of relying on traditional portrait placement, constructed a spatial composition to elevate image quality perception and visual engagement.
 

• Transformed the HKAPA logo into a perspective-based floor foundation

• Integrated stylized violin and cello graphics to reinforce the chamber music theme

• Positioned the four featured musicians onto the custom base with realistic grounding shadows

• Applied precise retouching and compositing to enhance cohesion and depth
   

This approach converted photographic limitations into a structured, concept-driven visual narrative.
